Can rhinoplasty be the cause of really bad sinus pain and headaches?

I had a rhinoplasty 3 years ago but now I’m dealing with major sinus pain. I have pain in my cheekbones and all around my eyes including my temples. My doctor gave me a nasal spray I have to do every day for 4 months. Could this pain be from my rhinoplasty?
