When I was still a toddler I have a history of falling down the stair and I nearly died. Is this one of the main reasons why my nose is like this. I really want to know because my nose is so different unlike my family, I was asking why do I feel so different.

Hi @Lilly Salcido. Typically when a dorsal hump is removed, the nasal bones need to be broken for a good outcome. You may also require spreader graft placement to prevent the upper lateral cartilages from falling inward. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
