Bariatric patient- body makeover and rhinoplasty - what order?

I don’t think there is a right or wrong in this question. It can be done either way although my preference is usually to do the rhinoplasty at the end. It reely depends what your own priorities are and whether the nose is bothering you enough to do it first. If you lose a lot of weight it can change the facial dimensions hence why I like to do the nose once everything else has settled so that the balance between the nose and the rest of the fact is harmonious.

I don’t think it matters which is done first. I recommend going first with the procedure you want the most. The body surgery may need to be done in stages so figure that into your decision as well.

Great questions. The most important issue is to allow complete healing to occur before you proceed with your second surgery. I would suggest to address what is more concerning to you and to have that addressed first.
