Is it OK to have a rhinoplasty if you have poor circulation to your nose (COLD NOSE)?

I'm considering a rhinoseptoplasty to straighten my nose, remove the small dorsal hump and slightly narrow the bulbous tip. However, my nose tip is often cold as I have poor circulation (including cold hands, feet, nose tip) can this lead to complications?
