I'm considering a rhinoseptoplasty to straighten my nose, remove the small dorsal hump and slightly narrow the bulbous tip. However, my nose tip is often cold as I have poor circulation (including cold hands, feet, nose tip) can this lead to complications?

The upper portion of the structure of the nose is bone, and the lower portion is cartilage. Rhinoplasty can change bone, cartilage, skin or all three. Talk with your surgeon about whether rhinoplasty is appropriate for you and what it can achieve.
