Could a lip lift will make my chin appear too long and that the ratios of my lower face will be offset too much?

Lip lift candidate? Hello. I'm a 27 year female interested in a conservative lip lift to reduce long philtrum (around 1.5 or 1.6 cm long) I have some tooth show but a little more would be nice, but not too much more. My worries is that a lip lift will make my chin appear too long and that the ratios of my lower face will be offset too much. Would love to hear your professional opinions.
