I want V to Y Lip Augmentation (aka Lip Lift VY Advancement) for both lips (bottom and upper). Any advice?

I have a two step plan. 1. I first wanted a modified upper lip lift but I was told it could result in a gummy smile. So I decided instead to aim for a V to Y. 2. I could aim for a lip lift after that. I'm having trouble a) finding a doctor who knows what this procedure is and b) does it regularly. I'm looking for advice. Anyone have any advice for my lips? Any doctors who offer this procedure?

In your frontal view, you can see that your upper lip is the same size or maybe even bigger than your lower lip.  I would not recommend a lip lift or VY advancement.

A V-Y procedure for the lips is an internal mucosal rearrangement technique which achieves a fuller vermilion by rolling it out from the inside. It exerts its greatest effect in the center part of the lips.  That is a very different approach that lip lift/advancements which creates a fuller vermilion by relocating the upper border of the lip.
