I want V to Y Lip Augmentation (aka Lip Lift VY Advancement) for both lips (bottom and upper). Any advice?

I have a two step plan. 1. I first wanted a modified upper lip lift but I was told it could result in a gummy smile. So I decided instead to aim for a V to Y. 2. I could aim for a lip lift after that. I'm having trouble a) finding a doctor who knows what this procedure is and b) does it regularly. I'm looking for advice. Anyone have any advice for my lips? Any doctors who offer this procedure?
