V-Y lip augmetation or fat transfer better for me? Does a V-Y plasty looks unnatural (when lips move)? (photo)

I'm a 25 year old female and my goal is to balance out the overall shape of my lips especially so that there is an increase in the red portion of the corners of the upper lip. (I thought about a corner lip lift but I'm afraid of the scaring.) Also I'd like to increase the volume. I've been thinking about getting a v-y plasty, but I'm not sure about how natural the results would look and if it would help my goal. Altetnatively I thought about a fat transfer? Thanks :)

Both are good.
I'd suggest the fascia. It will be softer and if available will give a good outcome. With skin you will have a small, but increased, risk of a nodule or cyst.
I recommend a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000.

It's likely a combination of both - some of the tilting is due to the teeth and then some is just due to how your muscles work. People often have asymmetric oral commissures (corners of mouth) in terms of pointing up/neutral/down. There's not much to do to fix it.
