Can I do a 3rd round of liposuction or will it cause sagging skin? (Photos)

Hi so I feel like i need a 3rd round of liposuction the first two rounds were laser liposuction. I am scared that if I do it, my skin will sag. I did have a dr say he could do it. But the results he wont be so sure how it turns out. He said he can do a small incision under my belly button to make it tight but as he pulled down you could see a bit of fibrosis and he was like see..… “im just not sure if its in your best interest.” I asked about j plasma and body tight and he said it wouldnt work im 134 and used to be 158..… so I don’t think my skin laxity is and but idk. What should I do?
