Do you think I could be a good candidate for Lipo 360 for a curvier shape or is a BBL necessary? (Photos)

Hi doctors, I’m trying to decide between Lipo 360 alone or a BBL with liposuction, and I’d really appreciate professional opinions based on my situation. I’m 5’7 and about 155lbs, fairly active I run 30 minutes a day am on my feet at work , and I already do regular glute workouts, I’ve been consistent for almost a year. My main goal is to achieve a more defined hourglass shape with a smaller waist and smoother back/waist contour. Because of safety concerns with fat transfer and my current job, I’m considering Lipo 360 without a BBL and continuing to build my glutes through strength training. I am able to take 10 days off of work but not sitting on my butt would be very hard at my job. I’m wondering if waist and back liposuction alone could create enough of a waist-to-hip contrast to give that hourglass look. A few questions: • For someone with my height/weight, can Lipo 360 alone create a noticeable hourglass effect? • Are there specific areas (flanks, lower back, bra roll, etc.) that are most important to target for the best contour? I hold my weight in my back area mainly but my legs are strong. Thank you in advance for any advice!
