Lipedema and lipo - do I have lipedema? (Photos)

Hi i was diagnosed with pcos 6 years ago and was womderinf if it looks like i had lipedema. The first picture is me after my heaviest the rest of the photos are me after losing 40 pounds. I want lipo but do i need it in my legs. I feel like i have lipedema
