I periodically get cystic acne near my marionette lines, near the corners of my mouth. My surgeon is suggesting filling the marionette lines with microfat. Would it be safe to get a fat graft in that location? What would happen if acne occurs? In general, is microfat recommended for marionette and nasolabial lines?
