Facial fat transfer after osteotomy - Will fat dissolve if I regularly exercise?

I’ve recently done a bimaxilliary Osteotomy and my doctor recommended me to get a facial fat transfer to even out both the sides of my face. Will the fat transplanted to my face go away if I am someone who regularly exercises? I hope not
