Facial fat transfer after osteotomy - Will fat dissolve if I regularly exercise?

I’ve recently done a bimaxilliary Osteotomy and my doctor recommended me to get a facial fat transfer to even out both the sides of my face. Will the fat transplanted to my face go away if I am someone who regularly exercises? I hope not

Great question! About 40% of the injected fat is expected to be loss, regardless of your activity. I would wait a period of time before restarting exercise, per your doctor's discretion. However, routine exercise after your recovery shouldn't affect things much. Large amounts of weight changes may affect your result.
