How to fix nasolabial lines without making cheeks bigger?

I’m in my 40s and slim but have always had a round face and full cheeks. I still have good cheek volume but my nasolabial lines are deepening and I hate it. I got filler in the pyriform fossa area and it helped but not enough. I’m worried about using filler to lift my cheeks since they are already full and I don’t need any more width. I hear filler directly in the nasolabial lines often migrates. Do I have any options besides surgery?

Thank you for your question. Dermal fillers are an excellent solution for restoring lost volume and treating nasolabial folds. When strategically administered to the area needing volume at a proper dosage, lines can be diminished without adding unnecessary volume to the cheeks or making them appear bigger.

This treatment uses radiofrequency energy to increase the body’s natural production of elastin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid. Treatment of the nasolabial fold it straight forward. The folders injected with fillers.
Fillers do not migrate.
The concept of filler is migrating it’s a convenient excuse created by providers who are not willing to own up to their own inadequacies when discussing poor results with patients.
It’s straightforward and simple. Inject fillers fairly close to the dermis in the nasolabial fold takes care of the problem and doesn’t affect your cheek. Surgical options for treating a deepening nasolabial fold are a bit limited. Fillers are the gold standard and work really well when done by sufficiently skilled providers. 
Make a strong effort to find the most talented and experienced provider in your community for this treatment.
