Eyes have bad result after face/eyebrow lift. What can be done to improve them? (Photo)

I agree that your eyes have a slightly different shape posrooeratoveky and the combination of prolonged recovery and change in shape suggest that an aggressive lifting of the eyelid muscles and midface were done which can produce a more slanted narrower eyelid. The shake can improve slightly over at least a year. The solution will be complex and involve reevalating tne tissues in a deep ola e ( not subperiosteal and allowing them to relax: avoid extensive dissection through the eyelid but more from a facelift approach at the anterior edge of the ear. But is a complex problem. I Woukd get several opinions, and choose very experienced surgeons. . With waiting a massage you may still get some improvement in shape as the tissues relax.

I think you can just have another upper blepharoplasty to correct the location of the scars and take out the extra skin you have left. An in person examination would be best.

I would recommend a revision upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. I would highly recommend finding a board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with 6 years of integrated plastic surgery residency training and aesthetic fellowship training. My suggestion is that you seek a 2nd opinion, with operative notes in hand in order to address your concerns. I would guess that you had a supperisoteal midface lift and possibly fat grafting based on the photos.
