So this is quite embarrassing but I'm not sure who to ask for this certain problem. But when I was young, I used to press down on my cheek bones because I felt they were too protruding. I pressed down hard to try and make them look what I felt was "normal". After college, I quit doing this, but naturally, it led to my cheek drooping downwards and no longer looking normal. Is there anything I can get to fix this? Would a facelift help reverse what I did or would a face massage help?
