Does Ultherapy treatment make a future neck lift more challenging? (Photo)

In general, it really shouldn't affect. I have done facelifts/necklifts on many patents who have had other treatments and as long as i am aware- i am able to do the surgery. After kybella or after prior liposuction, there is some extra scar tissue, and that can be the case with these other treatments, however, this really doesn't affect the outcome of the surgery.

While going into any treatments such as Ultherapy and RF Microneedling it is important to understand that while the results are visible and pleasing, are not permanent. None of the microneedling or ultrasound or radiofrequency treatments will have any noticeable effect on the neck tuck. Most of the time ultherapy doesn't do much anyway so you have nothing to worry about. Get your neck tuck and Morpheus8 if you want dramatic results.

Ultherapy may make it a bit more challenging depending on the parameters used during the treatment, if the power intensity and depth were very high and deep, respectively. Secret RF won't be any problem at all because it only penetrates up to 3.5mm. Ultherapy penetrates up 7-8mm and creates more thermal damage compared to Secret RF.

neither rf microneedling or ultherapy make the necklift dissection more difficult in my experience.   In fact sometimes secondary necklift after liposuction or other procedures have a better defined dissection plane.
