From my research I am learning that neck lifts (platysmaplasty) are more challenging after you've had RF microneedling because of damage to the platysma muscles. Is this true? AND would it be true for ultrasound as well? I had ultherapy a few years ago. Will I have a worse outcome than a patient who never had ultherapy? Thank you

Answer: Does ultherapy affect facelift results or surgery in the future
Short term risks are skin burn & nerve inflammation leading to problems with facial expression. Long terms risks are unintended loss of fat in the face & nerve damage leading to muscle paralysis. Visit a trusted practitioner in your area to know more about the treatment.
In order to tighten and firm your skin, I would suggest combining Secret RF with Fraxel. You can then have a PDO thread lift after those treatments. Ultherapy is more commonly used around the jaw line, and even then, requires several painful sessions to achieve any kind of result.
