Does Ultherapy treatment make a future neck lift more challenging? (Photo)

In general, it really shouldn't affect. I have done facelifts/necklifts on many patents who have had other treatments and as long as i am aware- i am able to do the surgery. After kybella or after prior liposuction, there is some extra scar tissue, and that can be the case with these other treatments, however, this really doesn't affect the outcome of the surgery.

While going into any treatments such as Ultherapy and RF Microneedling it is important to understand that while the results are visible and pleasing, are not permanent. neither rf microneedling or ultherapy make the necklift dissection more difficult in my experience.   In fact sometimes secondary necklift after liposuction or other procedures have a better defined dissection plane.
