Persistent blue veins under eyes despite Yag laser, considering sclerotherapy or microphlebectomy, advice?

Some veins are more resistant than others. I have had great success with my ND:YAG laser of the face. I also do sclerotherapy with Asclera on the face. This site may be a way to find vein doctors that specialize on cosmetic issues. Good luck!

Make sure you go to someone who is a vein specialist. Either of these techniques are difficult to perform on veins under the eyes and, in some cases - depending on the anatomy and approach, may be unsafe. Look for a doctor that has dedicated their practice to vein treatment and avoid a "vein mill". You may have to drive a bit but it's your face and it's worth it. The American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, cross-referenced with reviews on various websites should get you there. If you don't get a consultation from the doctor directly or the doctor seems remotely uncomfortable with it, choose a different place.
