Lip lift caused thin nostril sill. What are my options if it doesn't even out?

Asked By:Mrs. Mia in Washington DC, DC

I had bullhorn lip lift , and my incision is higher on the right side which caused my right nostril sill to become much thinner on that side compared to the left side. Can someone tell me what are my options if it doesn’t even out. I can wait it out but I would like to know my options if it doesn’t improve . I do prefer my left side with thicker nostril sill . Would fillers work in my case ? Or is there a surgical way or technique to augment my right nostril sill? Thank you
