On your before pictures you do not show ant nostril sill. Therefore I would place the scar within your nostrils to make them less visible. This will lift your lips a bit more. I don't like the scar that extends downwards on the sides and I hope it will heal with less visibility in time. Your lower nasal asymmetry was there but it was more accentuated after the lip lift. A lip lift revision could make that better as well. 

The amount of skin removed is based on the initial distance between your lip and nose. In some cases up to 8 mm can be removed. The before and after photos show you have a nice result after only one month since your surgery. The final result may not be evident for another 2 months. Good luck 

Postoperatively, after a lip lift, you can anticipate bruising and swelling that will be noticeable to you and others for about 1 week. After the sutures are removed or dissolve, depending on the type used, there will be redness along the incision line for 4-6 weeks but this can be covered with makeup after about 10 days. Sometimes the upper lip lift is overcorrected with the initial procedure and will slowly assume its final position over weeks to months.
It would be important to know your starting philtral length and your current one as well as to see your dental show prior to making any suggestions.
