Lip lift results. The doctor removed 3mm. Is this enough? (Photo)

I had a lip lift procedure at the ending of last month and I've since healed substantially. The doctor removed 3mm but I'm wondering if that is enough? I want to have my lips a little closer to my nose since I will be turning 50 soon and want to remain somewhat youthful looking. Here are a few photos of before and after. Also I'd like to add that my nose is a bit crooked and I'm having that fixed soon. If anyone has some advice I'd love to hear from you. Thank you.
