I think jawline is by far the most determining factor of beauty. Almost every beautiful person has a low angle jawline. So is it rarely done, because of risk of infection and difficulty to perform? Do you have to remove muscle from the jaw to put in the implants? And what is the cost of having it done? I assume they require a lot of customization? The photo below shows how much a difference jawline can make and I'd like to have a better one

It is in your best interest to have the fillers dissolved prior to sliding genioplasty surgery, in order for a surgeon to best assess the position of your jawline prior to surgical intervention.
