My chin/jawline is too big, wide and fat –what surgeries could reduce the size and create a more feminine look?

I'm 18 years old and I know that I'm young still. However, my face is long and masculine looking, I've noticed my chin/jawline looks very long and big, especially when I smile. It doesn't help that my mouth is very small as well so I was thinking maybe lip fillers would reduce the look of the size of my chin/jawline as my lips are very thin. Overall, I have very small eyes and a long nose which also doesn't help the size of my chin. What surgeries could I have to reduce the size of my chin/jaw?

Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplastyor using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws maybe better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. Here is some information to help you make thisdecision: Candidates for Chin Augmentation - Patients whose chin profiles are weak but have normally functioning jaws are candidates for Chin Augmentation. Many of these candidates have used injectable fillersin the past to strengthen the protrusion of their chins, but are looking for a permanent solution. If you are one of these patients, thenyou are a likely candidate for chin augmentation

It is certainly possible to reduce the size of your chin and/or jawline through surgical reduction of your soft tissue or bone. An examination by a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best initial course of action in order to assess the prominence of your osseous anatomy, so they may recommend any appropriate, specific surgical procedures to create the facial contours you desire.
