I'm not sure when you had your procedure, but you may still have swelling, which is impacting your results. If you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon. You can choose to have a smaller implant if you feel this is too big for your face. Hope this helps. 

I would not be concerned about the screw placements, they often are not perfectly symmetrical and that is not relevant. What is relevant is the actual position of the implant on the bone which your 3D CT scan does not show. It only shows the screws. But like many chin implants is women based on the style chosen the chin often gets wider because of the wings of the implant. It may look fine in profile but the front view may show a wider chin. If you are long enough out from surgery that you are truly looking at the final shape result (greater than 6 to 8 weeks) you can either modify the implant to improve its shape or remove it. It will not have caused any damage to the bone.
