I recently had a small Medpor chin implant placed with 2 screws. After the surgery my chin is now much wider and i have a lot of bumpy swelling along my jaw line. The swelling and bruising has been much worse on my left side and just didn't feel...right. I decided to take a CT scan and the image showed the left screw is very low...it looks as if it caused a bony overhang! Should anything be done about the left screw? If I do decide to remove the implant will it cause damage to my jaw bone?
