Bump in my jawline from a chin implant two years ago. Is it a malpositioned wing? What are the options to fix it? (Photo)

I noticed the lump days after surgery as the swelling went down. When I touched the lump it would hurt in that spot and at the opposite side of the implant as well. I asked my surgeon a month after surgery and he told me it was the swelling and that it would go away in a few months. Two years later it is still there and sometimes, when I sleep on that side of the face it hurts. What are the options to fix it? Do I have to pay for the revision? Is the recovery the same as a regular chin implant?
