I'd really like to get rid of this crease without having to keep getting fillers. I spoke to a Dr. already who told me fillers wouldn't make much of a difference anyways. Would an implant fix this?

I'm not sure when you had your procedure, but you may still have swelling, which is impacting your results. If you remain concerned, I recommend following up with your surgeon. You can choose to have a smaller implant if you feel this is too big for your face. Hope this helps.
