I've had a BBL twice and implants and none of them did anything to change the shape of the cuff of my butt it has always been square/boxed shaped.
Answer: Change the bottom of the butt Dear C, You have to be patient and let the implants fluff and settle down. If after 3-4 months you still have the medial tear drop shape, aggressive liposuction of that area will round it up and give you your desired shape. Speedy recovery, Dr Widder

Answer: How to I change the cuff of my butt from square to round? Hello Amina, Great question. Thank you for your pictures. I will suggest waiting a couple of months for all the swelling to subside and for the fat to settle. Make sure to be off your butt for a couple of weeks in order to not kill the fat. Good luck with your recovery.

Answer: Buttock implants while enlarging your implants might help with the size, it will not help with the excess skin and tissue you have at the inner thigh/buttock fold. You may choose to have this skin excised to create a more round look. Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well known for it.

Answer: How to change square buttock to round shape Progressively upsizing your buttock implants with oval shape implants may eventually round out this phenomenon in mild cases. However, based upon your photos, you may need a surgical tuck of this area to reduce the hanging inner fold of tissue creating the “square cuff”. Glad to help.

Answer: Medial teardrop you have a classic medial teardrop. Instead of curving up towards the anus, there are little bulges that look like teardrops. This variation is not simple to treat and involves tightening the skin, either by RF tightening or direct excision. Best regards
