When can I start pole dancing and going splits and twerking with butt implants?

I’m 3 weeks post op I’m hoping by at least 6 weeks I can go back to normal but it’s a lot of body strength and sometimes I fall when practicing what happens if I would fall on my implants

I would say that there is always a very small chance that extreme exercise tendencies may disrupt a surgical result. Once you satisfy the required six-week recovery period, you should be able to return to pole dancing, splits, and twerking. Use common sense in not overdoing it as you get back into your typical workouts. I ask my patients to wait at least 6 weeks before returning to vigorous athletic activities. Be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure with a low complication rate
