How long after buttock implants can you wear heals and thongs?

 If you have recently had buttock implants, then it’s best to ask your surgeon what their recommendations are. If not and you are considering having buttock implants in the future, a reasonable safe amount of time would be to wait at least 2 weeks for thong underwear and 4 weeks for high heels. I like my patients to wait until the incision is completely healed before wearing thongs (about 2 weeks) and about one month before heels.  Be sure to choose a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well respected in the medical community for it.
