Does Care Credit, or the doctor's office determine which promotional period you qualify for?

The providers choose which plans they offer in their practices. Since the finance companies charge practices as well as patients--- it varies from one doc's office to another  which plans they offer. Based on which plans are offered to you--- you will then choose the plan available.

the providers office decides how long the 0% interest will be valid for.  Some or most doctors offer a 12 month 0% interest rate.  Call your physicians office, and find out.  The patient coordinators should be able to help you along the way during your application process.  You can also fill out an application on line.

We offer financing in our office.  We go through CareCredit. There are other companies, and every office is different.  We accept certain promotional periods, as the cost to the practice is different with each of them. Talk to the board certified plastic surgeon's office manager. They will let you know the policies of the practice.

The doctors office does choose what they desire to offer. Since the doctor pays some of the "costs" it may differ from office to office. Good Luck!

Your credit score does not determine which promotional period you are able to receive. The Care Credit provider decides which promotional period they want to offer. You may not be able to qualify for a certain promotion if the amount you are requesting is not high enough (over 200). I would ask each office what promotion they have available and if you are looking for a certain one, ask if they offer it and they may make an aception.

As I am sure your aware, Care Credit offers a variety of plans, and once you are approved, your approval is good for any of the plans. It is however up to the practice which payment plans they will accept. Most offices have a Patient Care Coordinator or an Office Manager who can anwser your questions more in detail.
