Is it true if you gain weight back then the breast size will come back?

It seems that you gain and lose weight in your breast with weigt loss.  If you have significant weight gain them this may change your augmentation. If you fluctuate < 10 lbs your augmentation will remain stable.  

Every woman is different in how their breasts respond to changes in weight you have already shown that your breast are quite sensitive to weight changes.  I would wait until you are sure your weight is stable, and if the breasts don't meet your expectations at that time, then see a board certified plastic surgeon with a special interest in breast surgery and communicate how you wish your breasts to look and go from there.  Don't do anything until you know what your normal weight will be.
