He supposed to shave the hump and lift my tip. But it looks terrible. The bigger problem is my nose looks uneven(pic4). Mid bridge area it's moved to the right side . Or he didn't shave my bone even? I emailed the surgeon about it but he said he can't do perfect job. But my nose looks worse than before plus uneven. I'm not going back to him. I don't think it's swelling. Can it be fixed???? Can I do fillers to correct? How much it's gonna cost me to do revision In D.C. ?
Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Four months is not a lot of time for things to heal. There will definitely be some changes over the next few months. Having said that, from the photos that you have provided, there appears to be some fullness at the supratip that is causing a polly beak. The bridge is was also left much higher than the morphed images that you have provided shows and there also appears to be some deviation of the dorsum to the right. These will require revision surgery but can absolutely be fixed. Stay in touch with your surgeon and I suspect they will want you to be happy and your costs should be minimal if they do the repairs.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Revision rhinoplasty can certainly be done but generally not until at least six months after the initial surgery. Most rhinoplasty surgeons prefer to wait close to a year after surgery. This is because there is a lot of healing that takes place in the nose and it just takes a long time for it to finish. From your photos it looks like the problem my not just be the hump but rather the tip. it looks like it needs more support. Good luck.

Answer: My advice Firstly, do not fall temptations of the destructive and fraudulent filers in your nose, at all. Second, the underlying problem leading to your poor results is the fact yours was a top difficulty asian ethnic rhinoplasty, which like all rhinoplasties in asians / black noses was in need of massive tip, columella and alar grafting supply of support... and this was not the plan of your surgeon, that's why he failed, he had a routine approach to a non routinary (at all) case. Any asian rhinoplasty needs a full seft of grafting at the tip and/or dorsum, only accessible with mastery to the most experienced and bold rhinoplasty surgeons. Viewing your preop and wished pics, it is absolutely clear... read attentively... indisputably clear you needed NO HUMP SHAVING, at all, you had just a short tip with unsupportive medial cruras (typical in asians) requiring strong columellar tutor or strut, besides (likely) alar grafting and supratip grafting (seems to me you have a bit of hollow supratip); eventually a very sharp-edged tip Sheen's graft. In other words, you needed tip re-projection, lengthening, and not any bone shaving or if any a minimal one. Seems your surgeon performed effective osteotomy only on the left side, that is the reason for your postoperative disaligment. You need a surgeon who joins experience and sufficiency on asian rhinoplasties but, as well is regular at revision rhinoplasties. Please do post or send privately a full set of good quality, well lit and focused standard photos: frontal, both lateral views and both oblique views, also from underneath the nostrils. Feel free to request any additional information from me.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Revision It is too early to know exactly how the nose will settle. Try to be patient and closer to the 1 year mark your nose can be closely evaluated. If necessary, there can be consideration to reducing the bridge more and increasing the projection of the tip. Discuss these issues with your surgeon after more time has passed. Good luck with your healing.instagram: @mesbahimd
