Can I get kenalog injections done in UK by other surgeons?

Steroid injections at the nose are extremely dangerous, produce uncontrollable effect of atrophy, necrosis and resorption of cartilage and bone, skin damage and scars, etc. No one serious surgeon of rhinoplasty would advise them.You might or might not be a candidate for revision, this is sometimes clear after 6 months, but sometimes needs up to 12 or 18 months to be conclusive.Please do post or send privately a full set of good quality, well lit and focused standard photos: frontal, both lateral views and both oblique views, also from underneath the nostrils.

I am not a big fan of steroid injections in the nose. Once it is injected you can no longer control what the result will be, and it will take many months to assess what exactly was achieved. I would caution you to exercise more patients and wait at least eighteen months before making any decisions for an injection.
