I had septoplasty & rhinoplasty done in April last year but my nose is still very swollen at the tip. I havent seen much progress in 6 months. The operation was done in Turkey & at the time the surgeon did say that I had thick skin around my nose & that I would most probably need steroid Injections in the future if gets very swollen. Can anyone suggest any surgeon that does kenalog injections & how much would it cost please.
