Your chin is oversized in height, width and projection, this is clear, and your solution is undergoing a three-dimensional osseous reduction genioplasty, an awesome procedure which, however, few surgeons perform and fewer handle with master's precision.Do research well about surgeon's training and experience in such cases.Regarding the nose you could opt for a basic, endonasal and simple rhinoplasty to shave the bump in the middle of your dorsum, deproject and slightly lift your tip and perform osteotomies, just it.Please do post or send privately a full set of good quality, well lit and focused standard photos: frontal, both lateral views and both oblique views, also from underneath the nostrils.Feel free to request any additional information from me.
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on yourphotograph, you may benefit from a conservative dorsal hump reduction. This will help your side profile significantly. Make sure you specifically look at before and afterpictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeonand not just a computer animation system. The most importantaspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seekconsultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluateyou in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G. Reish, M.D.Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
While you didn't state what your side profile concerns were, it may be a combination of the shape of your nose and backward slope of your forehead. Both can be addressed through a rhinoplasty and forehead augmentation.
You have a dorsal hump and your tip can be elevated a bit. Best to be seen in person. Good luck moving forward.
A Closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish decreasing the overall projection of the nose, shaving down the dorsal hump and narrowing the bridge line with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. for more information in many before-and-after rhinoplasty examples, please see the link and the video below
Thanks for your question. Based on your photos, you may have a slightly over projected chin (sticks out too much). It is minor but this might be what you don't like about your profile. An in person examination would be helpful to see if this is the case. Unfortunately this is not an easy problem to fix and may require more invasive surgery than you are ready for. You also have a slightly angled forehead which may effect your profile view. Forehead implants are an option. Good luck!
jeremy.slice,Thanks for the question. While I can't (and don't think it's a good idea to try to) make you look like Ryan Gosling, I think a rhinoplasty to shape your dorsum as well as rotate your nasal tip would get you a shape that you are happy with. A long consultation with a surgeon that can review images with you and tailor the surgery to your personal goals would be best. Good luck!
The problem with wanting to look like some one else is that it rarely turns out well. To begin with, it looks like you have thicker skin and tip cartilage than Ryan does. Your nose is not so bad. It needs a subtle, conservative rehaping if anything. You need a consultation to evaluate your nose.
