Is it normal to have a white line 4 days after dermal filler? Or is it excess that should be fixed?

Bruising after fillers can definitely happen as there are lots of blood vessels in the lower face and especially around the lip area. These resolve within few days to few weeks and should not leave any permanent changes.I hope that helps and best regards, Dr. Sapijaszko.
