I’ve never had any surgery. Still my lower lids are retracted. Is this fact caused by a potential negative vector? Will I always need an implant, fat transfer, filler? What if I only got canthoplasty/pexy with a spacer graft for lifting the lid? Would the result last long? Would my eye have a sharp lateral canthus instead of round? Would my lid be lifted? Or would I still need to augment the infraorbital area?
