I am reimplanting in 3-6 months. Inspira is an implant brand I am considering having. It worries me, however, that when looking for its implants size charts I found data that's confusing, and contradictory. Is there a reliable Inspira implant catalogue available online? Can you share it please? Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Answer: Inspira implants Inspira implants have gained widespread popularity in a relatively short time. They have excellent company sizing date comparing the new Inspira implants to their Natrelle line. You should discuss this in detail with your surgeon.

Answer: Inspira sizes Implants sizes are a bit odd. Allergan is very specific on their exact weights which is why they have random numbers such as 304, 339 etc.Inspira devices are a bit more organized but still not rounded off to the nearest "0" or "25"ccs.Its not all about volume but implant width and projection. Typically I upsize patients slightly, also if you have saline implants you need to add about 7-10% of the volume to your new silicone device weight. Also remember that 30cc's is only 2 tablespoons! So I wouldn't get too caught up in the numbers...Best!Dr B

Answer: Work with your plastic surgeon for choosing the right Inspira implant I am not sure if the catalog is available online, but you should really be working with your plastic surgeon to select the best profile and size of Inspira implants rather than doing it on your own. They are a very good implant because of the higher fill ratio which minimizes rippling, and helps with upper pole fullness. It may be confusing because before we were looking at 3 implant profiles (low, moderate, high) but with Inspira there are five.

Answer: Inspira catalogue I am sure that looking at the available choices of implants can be confusing, even if there is nothing really contradictory in there. I am not aware of a catalog online, but you should really discuss implants together with your surgeon. It is tempting to go all on your own, and pick up from a catalogue what you believe would be the perfect implant for you. Unfortunately, breast augmentation should not be approached like ordering food from a restaurant menu. I can guarantee you that for every possible choice of implants there are advantages and disadvantages, not always easy to figure out. The job of a surgeon is to explain what those advantages and disadvantages are, so that you can take a fully informed decision.
