It is not clear to me exactly what you would like to change. However, the ear is largely made of springy cartilage which will only reshape with some degree of surgical type procedure. I would advise you to seek the opinion of a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon.
Hi. Based on your pictures, you appear to have a mild lop ear deformity. This can be corrected non-surgically with molding, but only in the first 6-8 weeks of life. Thereafter, surgical repair is your only option. The surgery would entail "unfolding" of the superior helical cartilage and possibly a cartilage graft (but usually in more severe cases). In your consultation with your surgeon, make sure you are very specific as to what bothers you about the appearance of each ear. Ears are complex structures. There isn't just one technique that addresses each issue. Seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is experienced with external ear surgery. Good Luck!
