You can safely add over 50% the rated volume in an expander, however at 700 cc, you options for gel implants are usually limited to 800 cc so no sense in going much higher than this.  If you plan on saline implant reconstruction, you can go much higher. 

I recommend yearly follow ups for all of my breasts patients. I recommend following up with your plastic surgeon for an examination.
