Don't seem much difference after 4 vials of Sculptra over a 4 week period. Advice? (photos)

I am uncertain of how the 4 vials of Sculptra were used on you over 4 weeks.  Normally, Sculptra treatments are performed with at least a month in between each session.  Perhaps you had 2 vials the first session and the second session was done a month later with 2 more vials.  I would guess that you will most likely need somewhere between 3-5 treatment sessions to obtain a significant result.  Sculptra is a stimulating agent, so the improvement will be gradual over time and you should see more improvement with each treatment session.  It will also take 1-2 months to see the full effect after your last treatment.  

Thank you for your question. I recommend that my patients have a minimum of 2 treatment sessions with Sculptra in order to see optimal results. Most patients are treated with a series of 6 vials injected in groups of 2 spaced 6 weeks apart. Sculptra is a process, but one that yields excellent results. I tell patients that the first treatment with Sculptra only starts the engine but you never get much movement until you put it into gear with the second treatment.  No surprise that after your first treatment, you see no volume change.  After the second treatment I expect to see real enhancement of your volume.  From your photos you appear to be quite deflated.  Best wishes

Assuming you had two vials of sculptra at your first treatment 4 weeks ago and then two more at your second treatment recently, I would not expect to see the final results for another 4-6 weeks after your most recent treatment. It takes time for your body to respond to the sculptra and build collagen and volume. So give it more time.
