How many vials of Sculptra are typically used for the treatment of cellulite?

I had one vial for the front and back of my legs and then another vial one month later and I see absolutely no improvement. I’ve always been thin and I work out regularly. Just started developing cellulite( uneven skin) on the front and back of my legs over the last few years.

Normally, when a Sculptra treatment is done, there is some associated swelling.  This swelling may not be in the areas that were actually treated, as the swelling tends to move downward with gravity.  It may take 1-2 weeks for this issue to resolve.  I would guess that your appearance will st...

Sculptra should not be diluted with regular distilled water.  The manufacturer states that Sculptra should be diluted with sterile water.  Regular distilled water is normally not sterile and would pose an infection risk.

Acne requires a combination approach to get long term improvement. I recommend a combination of Cosmelan, salt facials, peels, lasers, microneedling/prp, blue light therapy, radiofrequency and isotretinoin. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
