Had cool sculpting done on one side of my back upper bra area. I was supposed to go back tomorrow for the other side and than Monday for the flanks. I paid them in full and now they are only willing to give me a credit. Can I use them on my arms and legs while pregnant?

As coolsculpting is producing the effect of inflammation on the fat cells to rid them permanently it is inadvisable to be on prednisone at the time of treatment. Prednisone works as anti-inflammatory and therefore could theoretically alter coolsculpting.
I am sorry for your problem. Frost bite is thermal injury to the skin and has nothing to do with fat dissolving or coolsculpting. Please have the proper wound care so that you don't have more injury to your skin and surrounding tissue. Best, Dr. Green
In your case, Coolsculpting would be a great choice for you since you are already fit and just have a pocket of fat that you would like to get rid of. You could always do liposuction but then you would have surgery center, anesthesia fees and worse, more bruising and a garment. Coolsculpting...
