I have a nose that is on the larger side. However, what I mist dislike is the sharp appearance. This seems more apparent on my left side. My question is. Is this something that can be done with minimal cost and downtime? I have seen some situations where fillers have caused necrosis in people.

Dermal fillers can result in a rare but significant complication called injection necrosis, which can be caused by either compression or direct injection into a blood vessel, leading to a disruption in vascular supply.

I wouldn't recommend you filler since it is temporary and moreover it may cause to many complications.
