A proper injection of filler in the lip should not leave a palpable collection of the filler. There are only two possibilities I can see, other than a localized bruise. One, the injector have created a few distinctive deep base points with very viscous filler then used a "thinner" filler to shape and evert the lip. The "base pints' however, are very small and should not be felt as a "lumps". The other possibility is the filler was just injected to inflate the lip.It has been shown over and over again that the latter "method" bring no aesthetic results, makes natural curvature impossible and uses much more filler volume that is needed. At this point, unless it is very visible, the time will show the end results. If the lumps are annoying and/or visible, you could see your injector to smooth it out or you could massage the lump and try to move your filler away from the lump.It may require a sustained pressure to displace the filler. Good luck!
