Can fat cells regenerate?

Sounds like you have experienced more fat loss than you wanted. The answer to the first question is no.  All these methods, CoolSculpting, SculpSure, Liposuction, Smartlipo work because they destroy fat cells.  Those cells are not coming back, they are gone. Other fat cells can enlarge, so after a body contouring procedure it is good to maintain but not gain weight as the extra calories can go to fat storage in the remaining cells.Cells that were frozen from CoolSculpting are destroyed and  gone. No regeneration is possible.To restore contour to areas of body fat that were removed and left a contour deformity, fat transfer must be done.  With these techniques, fat is harvested from where it is in excess, washed, prepared, and carefully re-injected to the desired area. Not all this fat will get a new blood supply and live, so sometimes a second procedure is necessary for full correction.

No, fat cells will not regenerate once they are destroyed. Sculpsure is a laser that destroys fat cells and does not regenerate them. With weight gain, the remaining fat cells can get larger causing the area that was previously treated to gain in fullness.

No, once fat cells are destroyed or removed, they cannot come back!  Fat cells, or adipocytes, are derived from stem cells which stop forming during our teenage years.  That is the reason why children who grow up obese are more likely to be obese as adults- they generated more fat cells!  Once that process is complete, we have a finite number of fat cells in our body.   The reason we change size is that fat cells are designed to store fat, so they can be tiny, or grow in size by a 100-fold or more!  When we have a procedure that removes fat like liposuction, SmartLipo, or a tummy tuck, the fat cells can't come back.  Similarly procedures like Coolsculpting and SculpSure which destroy fat cells and cause them to die and be removed by the body, also are considered permanent.  However, remember that the fat cells that remain in the area or in untreated areas can still grow by 100-fold, so that is why it is important to maintain a healthy diet and weight after your fat-removing procedures!  Hope this helps and best of luck on your journey!

Fat cells are killed by these treatments and don't regenerate. They are still able to enlarge in other places of the body if you eat poorly in your diet. Fat cells that were destroyed by a CoolSculpting treatment would not regenerate.  This would be true whether a SculpSure treatment followed to the same area or not.  

The fat cells can not be regenerated after SculpSure. Once the cells are destroyed whether by heat or by freezing, the cells are done. The fat cells that are remaining in the area can enlarge, this is why it is important to stay active, eat healthy and keep hydrated!Hope this is helpful,

Sculpsure destroys fat cells and does not cause fat cells to regenerate.   Your body will metabolize the cells that have been destroyed and eliminate them.   You can enlarge existing/remaining fat cells by weight gain. 

Once fat cells are destroyed, either with heat or cooling, they do not regenerate. The fat cells that were destroyed with CoolSculpting are no longer present - once they are destroyed, they are eliminated by your body in the same way that your body processes digested fat.
