Revision after Breast Augmentation & mastopexy. Do you think this will give me the upper fullness & not the droopy look? (photo)

had ba June 14 round textured 450cc left & 385cc right 9 weeks after dropped significantly advised to have mastopexy.I went to revision today to discuss options to removed the unwanted droopy look. I was advised to reduce the implants to about half of what is in now and another mastopexy. Do you think this will give me the upper fullness and not the droopy look, I asked if I will be alot smaller than what I started,advised that because I had a breast before the implant makes them bigger???
