I've had several rhinoplasties and revisions, but now my R nostril is much larger, both higher and wider. This was supposed to be addressed in my most recent surgery, but the problem still isnt fixed. Is this something that can be corrected? Any advice on how this could be done? Can it be done under local anesthesia with just an alar reduction, or is more required? It looks as if my whole right side is pushed upward, possibly from cartilage?
