I had rhinoplasty 3 years ago, I have thick skin so it took a while for the swelling to go down..I hit my nose w a surfboard and it bled about 7months ago, the doctor didn’t X-ray he just said it’s not broken?? Since then this hard lump has grown on the tip, my whole nose tip is losing shape and looks like it’s getting bigger, it’s not stopping. What is going on, do I need another nose job or is there something I can do for time being? Thank you
