Nose too narrow and dorsum excessively reduced. Can my nose be broadened again?

Hi, I had a rhinoplasty 4 months ago and i am not happy with the results at all and planning to get a revision rhinoplasty. Can my nose be re broadened again along with an increase in dorsum starting from the radix height. Inshort i want to re-widen and re-heighten my nose, please help!!

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question 4 months is too early to make a proper evaluation. However, without the photos I cannot make a proper evaluation too. If you can provide photos from front of your face, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a decent evaluation. If you think your nose has been narrowed and reduced too much, you can get help from revision rhinoplasty. Probably, you need to widen and heighten the dorsal bridge with cartilage grafts. If you have remaining septal cartilage and the amount needed for revision is not much, the septal cartilage can be used. Otherwise, you may need to use your own rib cartilage. It will be decided by the surgeon after in person consultation. Thanks.
