Hi I’m 23 just had a baby a yr ago & my breast grew & now they’re saggy & hang I also feel like it’s causing my uppper abdomen to hang a little. Will a breast lift also lift the upper abdomen after removing the extra skin ?

They do not significantly change the contour of the upper abdomen because doing so could adversely effect the position of the breast crease, which is an important breast boundary structure. If a person has extra abdominal skin, they may be a good candidate for either a standard abdominoplasty (which can be done at the same time as the breast lift) or a reverse abdominoplasty.
