It is very reasonable to expect results you created if you decide to have surgical correction. However, to achieve smaller and round areola you will have to accept scar that goes around areola. In person consultation and discussion about your goals and options is recommended. Good luck.

Hi, thanks for your question. You could have nipple areolar complex (NAC) reduction if all you wish to change is the shape of your nipple areolar complex. However, remember that natural NACs are not perfectly round. This could be combined with a breast reduction / uplift depending on what you wish to achieve with surgery.

Yes you definitely can change both the size and shape of your areolas. It's one of the easier breast procedures we do, and is typically performed in the office under local anesthesia. Thanks for your question.Taking a look at your photos I believe you would be suitable for an areola reduction and possible a mastopexy depending on what your desired result is.Looking at your desired photoshopped image, an areola reduction alone could acheive this however there will be scarring involved so it is worth researching this part of the procedure. I tend to use whats called a 'lollipop' scar for areola reductions where the scar will run around the edge of the areola and down the center of the breast. Incisions that just run around the outside of the areola are possible but can be prone to stretching so revision surgery may be required again to fix it. Hope this helps
