Also it’s not sore and stopped growing. 5 years ago I got my nipple peirced and it got infected and never seem to go down. I tryed salt bathing it but it’s never gone back to the way it first looked. I was wondering if there’s anything I can put on it to reduce the swelling or if there’s any surgery I can have to cut off the growth.

Answer: Swelling after nipple piercing Hi and thank you for the question. It looks like you have formed a keloid scar. I think your best chance of improving the appearance of the nipple would be to remove the bar and excise the scar tissue. That could be done in the office under local anesthesia. Best of luck to you.
